Vibha: Muskaan's founder has more
than 19 years of professional work experience in the social sector, with
organizations like USAID's SIFPSA, UNFPA, Population Services International,
Johns Hopkins University and Room to Read. With degrees in Psychology and Composite
History, Vibha is a certified facilitator and co-owner of the Genuine Contact Program (GCP). She is alumni
of 'The Philanthropic Quest Program' where she learnt application of Appreciative
Inquiry, see lso http://www.whatkindofworld.com/. She is currently
India Country Advisor for the StartFund http://www.startfund.nl/and Founder Director of Genuine Contact Space.
Muskaan is Vibha’s response to her inner
calling, her profound personal experience of ‘giving’ and getting healed in the
process as well as her own solution to a number of challenges she faced in
workplaces. Her learnings fuelled her desire to establish an organization, to
translate her passion for value based leadership and promoting holistic
development of individuals and organizations.
Anju Raheja is an HR and Operations
professional, having more than 12 years experience with international
development agencies - Futures Group, IntraHealth, JHU and AED. She has degrees
in Psychology and Business Administration. Anju is trained in WPPF
under the GCP.
Neeru Johri has Doctoral Degree in Social
Science and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations. She has been working in
field of development communication for more than two decades. With more than 15
years of experience in the social sector, working to improve adolescent,
maternal child health and nutrition in Jharkhand. She has passion for
reaching out to people through her communication work. Neeru is a
certified trainer under the GCP, which includes WPPF and OST also.
Preeti Sharma holds MSc, MPhil
with B.ed. degrees. She also has done certificate course in
Management and Personality development from Defence Services Staff College. A
professional with more than 10 years of experience, she has been a
trainer for personality development. Her passion is to work
with youth to instill confidence amongst them. She is a Facilitator for the Happiness Project. Preeti is trained in
WPPF under the GCP.
Preeti Gujar holds a Post Graduate
Diploma in Business Administration with Human Resources as her
specialization. She has been part of the Human Resources team in a
financial services company for three and a half years. Her experience
during that stint ranged from campus recruitment, lateral hiring, learning and
development as well as event management. Her favorite area to contribute
amongst these has been learning and development and her role as a facilitator
in it. She enjoys taking herself and individuals into a journey of
self-discovery and listening to the inner voice to get answers to questions
they are dealing with as individuals/teams/organisations. She has walked out of
the corporate world and now believes in natural action. No service. No big
buildings. Just help those you can touch.
Bhavya Mehra did his schooling from
Sherwood college, Nainital and masters in Business Management from IMT, Gaziabad.
He also has hands on experience in working as a computer software and hardware
professional and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. With a primary aim
to incubate new institutions to enable their self-sufficiency and
self-sustainability, a banking professional, he strives to work as a global
partner of choice providing inclusive and innovative livelihood solutions
enabling the poor and needy youth to overcome poverty and live with dignity.
Kachina Chawla studied at Woodstock, Mussorie
and Tulane school of public health, USA. She has worked in India and
abroad,with development sector as well as corporate sector, for more than eight
years. She is the founder of web portal Ghar Kamai, which is a unique concept
for women's empowerment. She is trained in WPPF under the GCP.
Manjari Chandra has masters in Public
Administration from Lucknow University and BA (Hons) in Philosophy from Lady
Shri Ram College, Manjari has three years of work experience in the development
sector on women’s empowerment and water and sanitation projects.
Gyan is a post graduate in
Criminology and criminal justice administration from Lucknow University in
2008, Gyan has worked with child labours. He is also a volunteer at Childline
helpline. He is trained in WPPF under the GCP.
